Package shipment
Shipping and delivery for Spain
Our shipping company does not deliver on weekends or holidays, so these will not be taken into account for the shipping/delivery time of the order.
For customs reasons, we cannot ship to the Canary Islands.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postal charges. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package.
We advise you to group all your items in one order.
We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually.
We have one type of shipping:
Express 24-48 hours Monday through Friday (*no holidays).
We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
Your items will be professionally packaged and well protected for transport.
Our shipments are totally discreet, odorless and nothing related to CBD or its derivatives appears in any case. The sender's name will be "LC" so no one will know what it contains.
It is important that you always indicate us your contact email, since the delivery company will send you the follow-up of your order through an email.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If the delivery has exceeded the expected delivery time, please contact the delivery company.
Be sure to add your email address correctly in order to receive the tracking email of your order.
*The order does not leave our premises until payment has been made.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is 24/48 working hours.
Orders placed after 16:30 are processed the next business day (if it is Friday it will be processed the next Monday).
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal.
Discreet shipments without revealing the product inside.
Payment
The status of your order will be updated from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00, so don't panic if you have made the payment and it doesn't show as paid! If there is any kind of problem regarding the payment, we will contact you within 24 hours.
When we have received the payment, you will receive an email and your product will be on its way to you.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit card
Payment will be made by credit or debit card and will be done immediately once the purchase process is completed.
- Bank transfer
Once the order is completed, the bank details of La Catalana CBD will appear on the next screen. Subsequently you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your purchase where you will receive the order number.
It is very important that you indicate in the Concept of the transfer "order n° xxxx", as well as your name and surname in order to validate it.
- Cash on delivery
If you select Cash on Delivery as the method of payment, the amount will be charged in cash by the delivery company. The delivery company does not provide change for the transaction.
