1. General Information
These General Conditions of Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the "Conditions") regulate the legal relationship that arises between La Catalana Wellness SL and the User within the framework of the website lacatalanacbd.com (hereinafter, the "Website").
2. Intellectual and Industrial Property
The intellectual and industrial property rights over the Website, its content, and graphic design are owned by La Catalana Wellness SL or the companies representing and manufacturing the products and services offered.
3. Products and Services
Catalana Wellness SL is dedicated to the sale of CBD-derived products, such as flowers, creams, cosmetics, and other products aimed at well-being and improving quality of life.
4. Registration and Purchase Conditions
The purchase of products on lacatalanacbd.com may only be made by users over eighteen (18) years of age. The purchase of products for subsequent distribution or resale is not permitted.
5. Purchasing Process
The purchasing process is carried out through the following steps:
- Product selection.
- Add the product to the cart.
- Fill out the purchase form with your personal information and delivery address.
- Select the payment method.
- Confirm the order.
6. Prices and Payment Methods
Product prices are shown in Euros (€). Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the order.
Payment methods:
- Bank transfer:
- The customer has 3 business days to make the transfer.
- The order number and the customer's full name must be indicated in the transfer concept.
- The order will not be shipped until the full amount has been received in the bank account.
- Credit/debit card
- Cash on delivery: The delivery company charges a 3.75% commission for the use of this service.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made via express courier companies. Delivery times are 24-48 business hours for the Iberian Peninsula and 48-72 business hours for the Balearic Islands. For the rest of the EU, delivery times are 72 business hours or longer. For shipments to the Canary Islands or outside the EU, please inquire. These times are calculated if the order is placed on a business day, Monday through Friday. Orders are closed at 4:00 p.m. CET from Monday to Thursday and on Fridays. Orders placed after this time will be classified as received on the following business day. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the 24-48 business day period.
8. Returns, Guarantees and Cancellations
The user has 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product, provided it has not been used or is in poor condition due to misuse by the customer. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Defective products or incorrect shipments may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs will be borne by La Catalana Wellness SL.
In both cases, the customer must contact La Catalana Wellness SL by email or phone and present the return request.
9. Applicable Legislation
These Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
10. Warranty
Catalana Wellness SL offers a two (2) year warranty on all its products, or until their expiration date if it is prior to said two years and they are products that incorporate said date.

12. Protection of Personal Data
Catalana Wellness SL is the controller of the User's personal data.

These General Conditions of Contract are written in Spanish.
